| 摘 要： | 目的了解医护人员对艾滋病认知状况,为防治艾滋病的培训提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对艾滋病相关知识的5个方面、30个问题进行调查。结果医护人员对艾滋病知识综合知晓率64.94%,艾滋病的一般知识正确率均>88.00%;艾滋病的诊断标准与治疗方法、消毒隔离、职业防护、法规职责等专业知识欠缺;护理人员对17个问题的应答正确率高于医生(P<0.05)。结论医护人员对艾滋病的专业知识缺乏,应分专业、分层次进行艾滋病专业知识培训,尽快掌握艾滋病知识。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To provide gists for educations about AIDS control through finding out the knowledge among medical staff at a low infected area.METHODS The questionnaires including 30 questions of 5 kinds were analyzed.RESULTS The awareness rate of total knowledge among medical staff was 64.94%.The positive rate about common knowledge was upon 88%.But the rate about comprehensive knowledge such as diagnosis standard,therapy way,disinfection measure,career defending,law function,and so on was law.The correct answers on 17 questions among nurses were higher than doctors(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS It should be having specialized trainings about AIDS in order to master the knowledge. |
