| 摘 要： | 目的:观察在支气管哮喘缓解期采取针刺干预治疗对支气管哮喘控制的效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组28例,给予个性化中西医药物治疗,治疗组32例,在个性化治疗的基础上加针刺治疗6个月,随访12个月。两组进行急性发作次数、急性发作时病情严重程度、1年内感冒次数、肺功能变化的比较。结果:治疗组多项观察指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在支气管缓解期给予针刺干预治疗,对支气管哮喘防治疗效确切。
