| 摘 要： | 为探讨五苓散在临床中的应用进展,总结了从1990—2010年的20余年间,文献对五苓散治疗内科疾病状况,结果显示五苓散治疗病种繁多,涉及全身多个系统疾患,提示五苓散所治疗病证,均有相同的病机,即"气化不利",五苓散的临床运用较好的体现了中医"异病同治"的治疗原则,对古方今用治疗现代疾病提供了较好的参照,也为进一步开展科研提供了一种思路。

| Abstract: | To explore the progress of Wuling San in the field of clinical application,the writer of this essay summarizes the 20 years' literature on Wuling San which treated the medical disease from 1990 to 2010.The result showed Wuling San could treat many diseases that involved the whole body systerms.It also suggested that all the treatment of Wuling San stands on the same pathogenesis,that is,Failure in Qi's Transformation.The clinical application of Wuling San is a better reflection of traditional Chinese medici... |
