| 摘 要： | 通过对中医骨痹证的相关中西文献进行分析研究,揭示出中医骨痹证的中医病因病机在于内、外因结合所致的痰瘀阻络,以及病久气血衰微,骨骼不荣。其现代研究的病理变化包括局部炎性反应、骨质破损和骨质增生3个方面,病变部位的局部炎性反应是引发骨痹疼痛的主要原因。火针传统意义上的治疗作用是借火助阳,温通经络;开门祛邪,散寒除湿及行气开郁,以热引热3个方面。而对于火针的现代研究证实其治疗骨痹的效应机制主要集中在3个方面:大的刺激量对人体感痛系统的调整;热效应对血液循环与局部新陈代谢的改善;灼伤产生的局部组织性质变化对局部微环境的改善和对炎性物质的消除。
