摘    要:目的:探索一种经济、适用、高效的丹酚酸B的醇提工艺。方法:对醇提取过程中涉及到的药材粉碎度、浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度4个影响因素采用正交实验设计进行分析,确定各因素的影响程度和最佳水平。结果:丹酚酸B的最佳醇提条件为:将药材切成厚片,投料,不经浸泡,用30%乙醇于90℃回流提取效果最佳。结论:该方法提取效率高,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective:Explore a economic and appropriate and effective of alcohol extraction process for salvianolic acid B.Method:Alcohol extraction process involves the smash degrees,time of soakage,alcohol concentration,extract temperature four factors of orthogonal experimental design is analyzed,and determines various factors that influence the degree and best level.Results:The best conditions of salvianolic acid B extraction is to crush medicinal materials into thick slices without soaking and to put 30% ethanol ...
