| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:30只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分3组:假手术组、缺血再灌注组、复方丹参滴丸组。采用在体结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支建立心肌缺血再灌注模型,以缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测心肌细胞凋亡程度,以链霉菌蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)P免疫组化法检测心肌细胞凋亡相关基因Bax、Bcl-2和Caspsase-3蛋白的表达。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组心肌细胞凋亡指数、Bax、Bcl-2和Caspsase-3基因蛋白表达明显增多(P<0.01);与模型组比较,复方丹参滴丸组心肌细胞凋亡指数、Bax和Caspsase-3基因蛋白表达明显减少(P<0.01),Bcl-2基因蛋白表达显著增多(P<0.01)。结论:复方丹参滴丸可通
