| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药泡洗治疗下肢静脉曲张合并深静脉瓣膜功能不全的临床疗效。方法:选取16例具有临床典型症状的下肢静脉曲张合并深静脉瓣膜功能不全的患者,以自拟中药方剂进行泡洗治疗,2个月后对临床疗效及临床症状的改善进行评价。结果:所有患者的症状均有所改善,总有效率100%。结论:中药泡洗对下肢静脉曲张合并深静脉瓣膜功能不全的症状改善具有较好的效果,在下肢静脉曲张的中医外治方面作出了有益的尝试。
