三维适形放疗同步化疗局限期小细胞肺癌的观察与护理

目的 观察三维适形放疗同步化疗局限期小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的疗效和护理作用.方法 患者在行EP方案化疗的第1周期即同步三维适形放疗,治疗前和治疗过程中及时给予相应护理.结果 近期有效率为100%,1、2年生存率分别为80%、73%.1～2级放射性食管炎、放射性肺炎发生率分别为79%、82%,无3～4级放射性食管炎及放射性肺炎.1～2级血液反应发生率为78%,3～4级血液反应发生率为9%.结论 三维适形放疗同步化疗局限期小细胞肺癌有疗效较好、住院时间短的优点,且通过护理干预毒副反应不增加.

The study of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and con-current chemotherapy for limited stage small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the treatment effect and nursing function of the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy for limited stage small cell lung cancer.Methods The patients got the EP radiotherapy hospital nurse within the first week and also we gave them good nursing care before the treatment in time when the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy going on.Results The overall response rate was 100%,and the survival rate was 80% at one year,73% at two years.Grade 1～2 acute radiation pneumonias occurring rates were 79%,82%.There were no grade 3～4 acute radiation pneumonias occurring.Grade 1～2 acute leucopenia rate was observed 78%,and grade 3～4 was 9%.Condusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy for limited stage small cell lung cancer has great advantage for its good effects and short-time treatment and the toxicity effect will not increase through the hospital nursing.
