宜昌地区人畜(禽)军团菌感染情况调查研究

摘    要:本文报告1988年4月对宜昌地区人、畜(禽)进行五种(14血清型)军团菌感染情况的调查结果。人群抗体阳性率以Lj和Lf最高,Lp6次之,Lp1、2、4、5、7、8、9、1O最低。四种职业人群中,奶牛场职工阳性率最高。家畜中奶牛阳性率最高、Lf、Lp3、Lp6为优势菌型。猪的阳性率普遍比牛低。鸡阳性率最低、有10个型未查出阳性抗体。

Abstract:Sera from 456 persons and 456 domestic animals (fowls) in Yichang, Hubei, were detected for the antibodies to 5 species (14 serogroups) Legionella by microagglutination test in April, 1988. The results suggest that the potential infections with the Legionella may be existing among human and animals mentioned above. The positive rate of antibodies in human to Lj and Lf were the highest, to Lp6 the next, and to Lp 1,2,4,5,7,8,9,10 the lowest. Of the four different occupations, prevalence in cow farming workers was the highest, positive rates of the antibodies in cow were also the highest (in which the Lf, LP3 and Lp6 were dominant), in pig higher, and in chick that was negative in 10 species and / or serogroups the lowest.
