羟基磷灰石在眼部整形术中的疗效观察

目的　探讨羟基磷灰石在眼部整形中的作用及疗效。方法　用国产及进口羟基磷灰石包埋眼眶塌陷处 ,自体巩膜壳内 ,置于眼肌锥内。Ⅱ期手术时需将眼四条直肌相对应缝合 ,制成可转动的义眼座 ,保留原眼球外形及眼肌的功能 ,术后安装义眼片。结果　患者外形矫正满意 ,义眼活动自如 ,改善了眼部外观 ,随访半年～ 2年 ,无严重并发症、后遗症 ,术后效果好。结论　羟基磷灰石是目前眼部整形术中的效果最好的材料

Therapy Effect Observation on Hydroxyapatite Used in Eye Plastic Operation

Objective To discuss the therapy effect observation on hydroxyapatite used in eye plastic operation. Methods Native or import hydroxyapatite was embeded at the orbit collapse site and in the auto sclera shell. Meanwhile it was set into orbital muscle cone. At the time of Ⅱ phase operation, four eye rectus were sutured and made into rotatable artificial eye locus. Previous eyeball contour and function were remained. After operation artificial eye was installed. Results The corrected eye contour was satisfied. Artificial eye activity was normal. Follow up survey lasted half a year to 2 years. There weren't serious complication and sequel. The post operation effect was good. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite is the best material in eye plastic operation at present.
