| 摘 要： | 目的探索32P胶体联合地塞米松介入治疗海绵状血管瘤的临床价值。方法海绵状血管瘤患者329例,根据血管瘤平面面积分为A、B、C3组,行32P胶体联合地塞米松瘤内多点均匀注射介入治疗,观察临床疗效。结果1次治愈率为55.0%,经2次治疗后总治愈率为80.29%,A、B、C3组治愈率分别为94.4%、84.1%和63.9%,随血管瘤平面面积增大,治愈率逐渐下降（P〈0.01）,3组有效率均为100%。结论32P胶体联合地塞米松介入治疗海绵状血管瘤,疗效确切、方法简便,早期治疗疗效更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of colloidal 32P mixed with dexamethasone interventional radiotherapy on congenital hemangioma.Methods 329 patients with congenital hemangioma Medieal college were divided into 3 groups according to the area of hemangiomas.All the hemangiomas were injected with certain dose of colloidal 32P mixed with dexamethasone.Results The cure rate for all the patients was 55.0%after the first injection,and was 80.29%after the second injection.The cure rate were 94.4%,84.1%and 63.9%for group A,B and C respectively,It was decreased as the area of hemangiomas increased.The effective rates for group A,B and C were all 100%.Conclusion The interventional radiotherapy on congenital hemangiomas with colloidal 32P mixed with dexamethasone is effective and simple,especially for the hemangiomas in early time. |
