褐藻酸钾干预脂代谢的实验研究

目的观察褐藻酸钾对脂类吸收,血脂水平,脂肪存贮的影响。方法分别以不同剂量的褐藻酸钾(1%、2%、4%)掺入高脂饲料喂养大鼠,周期90d,实验期间检测大鼠粪便中脂肪、胆固醇含量,血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),体重变化,以及肾脏、睾丸周围脂肪含量。结果实验组粪便脂肪、胆固醇含量高于对照组,组间有非常显著性差异;实验组血脂(TG、TC、VLDL)低于对照组;实验组体重增长和肾、睾丸周围脂肪含量低于对照组。结论褐藻酸钾有阻止脂类吸收,下调血脂水平、减少脂肪存贮等干预脂代谢的作用。

Experimental studies on the interferences of potassium alginate in metabolism of lipids

Objective To investigate the effects of potassium alginate (PA) on the lipids absorption, lipids level in blood, storage of fat. Methods Wistar rats(n=50) were fed with high lipids diet containing different doses of PA(1%,2%,4%), continued for 90d; during trail were finished the following tests:①The fat and cholesterol in feces;②TG,TC,VLDL in blood;③The variation of body weight, peripheral adipose of kidney and testis. Results ①The fat and cholesterol in feces of tested rats were higher than the control ones,the differences were very significant(P<0.01); ②TG,TC,VLDL in blood of tested rats lower than the control ones,the differences were significant(P<0.05) and very significant(P<0.01);③The body weight of tested rats increased less than the control ones,the peripheral adipose of kidney and testis were less than the control ones,the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PA has the roles inhibiting the absorption of lipids in alimentary canal, lowering blood lipids, controlling body weight, decreasing the peripheral adipose of kidney and testis.
