被动吸烟与儿童哮喘关系探讨

目的探讨被动吸烟与儿童哮喘的关系。方法采用统一的流行病学调查表对176例哮喘儿童和1202例非哮喘儿童的父母进行问卷调查，分析儿童及母亲孕期是否被动吸烟、吸烟量与儿童哮喘的关系。结果儿童及孕妇被动吸烟会增加儿童哮喘的危险性，且随着被动吸烟量的增加，危险性也增加，提示儿童及孕妇暴露于香烟烟雾环境会增加儿童哮喘的危险性。结论室内被动吸烟影响儿童健康，是引发儿童哮喘的危险因素，控制被动吸烟对预防儿童哮喘意义重大。

The discussion about the relationship between the passive smoking and childhood asthma
