缺血性卒中可能属于多基因遗传病，受环境和遗传因素的影响。作者就近几年脑缺血性卒中的遗传学研究进展，包括肾素-血管紧张素系统、凝血系统、脂质代谢相关基因、eNOs基因作一综述。

Genetic susceptibility and ischemic stroke

The search for genetic susceptibility factors involved in ischemic stroke has motivated a number of important studies in human and animals in the past years. These have been focused on genetic susceptibility as a risk factor for ischemic stroke,or as a determinant of ischemic stroke outcome. Because there is increasing evidence that genetic factors played an important role, it seems that epidemiological studies assessing both environmental and genetic risk factors may help to understand the cause of ischemic stroke better. This may have therapeutic and preventive implications.
