病毒性肝炎患者血清CRP和补体C3的变化及其意义

目的:探讨病毒性肝炎患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和补体C3的变化及其意义。方法:以散射比浊法测定178例病毒性肝炎患者血清CRP和补体C3水平,同时与正常对照组进行对比分析。结果:病毒性肝炎各组CRP值均高于正常对照组,且肝硬化测得值显著高于各组,高低顺序依次为肝硬化>急性肝炎>慢性肝炎;补体C3值急性肝炎组与正常对照组相比呈上升趋势,其他各组值均低于正常对照组,且重度慢性肝炎组和肝硬化纽值最低,高低顺序依次为急性肝炎>慢性肝炎>肝硬化。病情越重,差异越大。结论:检测病毒性肝炎患者血清CRP、C3含量,有助于发现和了解肝内炎症活动及肝细胞受损的程度,对肝炎患者的诊断、疗效观察和顸后判断有一定的参考价值。

The Change and Clinical Significance of CRP、C3 in Serum of Patients with Hepatitis

Objective To study the relation between the change and clinical significance of C-reative protein(CRP).com- plement3(C3)in serum of patients with hepatitis.Methods CRP,C3 in the serum of 178 patients with hepatitis are detected by nephelometry.Healthy adults are used as controls and were compared,studieel with each other.Results CRP All groups of hepatitis are higher than the normal group.The patients with hepatic cirrhosis are much higher than the other groups.Accord- ing to the results:Liver cirrhosis(LC);Aetue hepatitis(AH);Chronic hepatitis(CH).C3 of AH are higer than the normal group,And the other groups are lower than the normal group.C3 CH,LC are the lowest of all.Stand in a line,AH,CH,LC. The worse the hepatitis are,the mone differences they are.Conclusion Detecting the concent of serum CRP,C3 of patients with hepatitis is helpful to discover and understand the inflammatory activity in the liver and the impared condition of hepatic cells,and provide important reference basement on clinical diagnosis and therapy.
