丹参对家兔脊髓实验性损伤的作用

本文系统地阐述了丹参对家兔脊髓损伤后不同时期的作用。实验中,将66只成年家兔分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组系用复方丹参进行注射治疗,旱期应用丹参加重了脊髓损伤和出血,并促进了神经元的坏死。丹参也可改善微循环,抑制脊髓损伤晚期纤维结缔组织的增生,减少血栓形成并使部分神经元免于变性。因此,作者认为,在脊髓损伤后4～8小时,应用复方丹参注射液治疗较为合适。

The effect of Danshen in the treatment of the lesion of rabbit's spinal cord

This article describes systematically the unique effect of Danshen on the-lesion of rabbit's spinal cord in various period after injury. In this experi-ment, the authors divided 66 adult tabbits into two groups: the treatmentgroup and the control group. In the former group, Danshen was applied inorder to compare the result with the control. During the early stage after injury, the spinal cord could be made bleed-ing more seriously owing to the effect of Danshen, and the neurous becamenecrotic. During the last stage after injury at the spinal cord, the effect of Dans-hen was able to inhibit the growth of the fibred connective tissue, decreasethe thrombosis, improve the micro circulation and rescue the parts of neuro-ns to make their metabolism very vigorous--not only Nissl's bodies becamedarken stained but also the number of the double nucleoluses and the nucle-olus satellites were found more than that in the control group. For the reasons mentioned above, the authors suggest that it is quitesuitable to treat the lesion of the injuried spinal cord of the rabbit by usingthe method of injecting the solution of Danshen 4-8 hours after the injury.Since it is the preliminary study on this subject, the dosage, approachand proper time of the administration of Danshen are known well, so furth-er study should be carried out.
