| 摘 要： | 目的研究患儿性格、心理状态对氯胺酮麻醉后苏醒期血流动力学及精神症状的影响。方法45例行短小手术患儿,按其平时性格心理状态分为活泼、平稳和烦躁三组,每组15例。均行单纯氯胺酮麻醉。于手术结束时和结束后5、10、30min监测RR、SBP、HR及SpO2,并同时观察患儿的表情、情绪、行为、语言及肢体活动。结果活泼及烦躁组RR、SBP、HR在手术结束后10、30min明显高于手术结束时(P<0.05),患儿的表情、情绪、行为、语言及肢体活动三组相比差异有统计学意义。结论患儿性格、心理状态对氯胺酮苏醒期循环及精神症状的表现有明显影响。
