| 摘 要： | 白细胞分化抗原14(CD14)为革兰阴性菌脂多糖高亲和力受体,是细胞表面糖蛋白家族成员之一,在机体免疫、防御系统引起的一系炎性反应中起介导作用,且在细胞因子调控方面起重要作用,现研究表明它与糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗有着密切的联系。糖尿病及其并发症出现时CD14表达的浓度改变成为防治糖尿病及其进展的新思路。

| Abstract: | Leukocyte differentiation antigen 14(CD14),the high affinity receptor for lipopolysaccharide in Gram-negative bacteria,is a member of cell surface glycoprotein family,playing a mediator role in a series of inflammatory reactions of the immune defense system,and an important role in the cytokine regulation.Current studies have shown that CD14 is closely linked with diabetes and insulin resistance.The different concentrations of CD14 expression in diabetes and its complications may provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. |
