| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）牙科成像技术在临床应用中的价值。方法对112例齿科疾病患者行MSCT扫描，将获得的数据在工作站上进行最大密度投影（MIP）、多平面重建（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）及容积再现（vR）后处理成像，对各种三维重建成像技术进行分析。结果行MSCT检查的112例口腔疾病患者中．均能全方位再现齿科全貌技术，MIP能显示牙齿全貌、牙齿纵向排列关系；MPR则对根尖骨质、根尖与牙槽骨的局部关系显示更清晰。CPR能够得到与颌骨全景断层片相似的图像；vR能够立体显示颌骨的外部形态。结论MSCT牙科成像可对口腔、面颌疾病的诊断治疗提供重要的客观依据，提供了一种新的先进的检查手段及诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of dental imaging by MSCT. Methods 112 cases of dental patients were included and all performed MSCT scan. To analyze a variety of three-dimensional reconstructionimaging techniques included MIP,MPR,CPR and VR.Results All the images of 112 patients accepted MSCT seaning could be displayed clearly.MIP could display the panorama of detal and the longitudinally aligned relation panoramic radiographs could be displayed in CPR. |
