| 摘 要： | 目的 研究牛磺酸在兔心肌缺血再灌注(I-R)损伤中的保护作用。方法 采用急性缺血再灌注心肌损伤模型。试验分两组:对照组和牛磺酸治疗组。分别于缺血前,再灌注前和再灌注 2h 取血测内皮素(ET)。结果 牛磺酸治疗组再灌注2hET含量与同期对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0.05)。结论 牛磺酸的心肌保护作用与其降低再灌注时心肌的内皮素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate and observe the protection of taurine on cardiomyocytes in ischemia-reperfusion (I-R) in rabbit. Methods A model of I-R was performed. The rabbits were divided into two groups at random: normal control group and treatment with taurine group. Endothelin(ET) was detected before ischemia- reperfusion and after 2h of reperfusion. Results In the treatment group ET changed significantly (P<0.05) after 2h of reperfusion while compared with normal control group. Conclusion Taurine can reduce ET and protect the cardiomyocytes in ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
