颈动脉海绵窦瘘的彩色多普勒超声研究

目的 评价彩色多谱勒超声对颈动脉海绵窦瘘（CCF）的诊断价值。方法 对8例彩超拟诊为CCF的病例进行了回顾性分析，全部病例均经手术、动脉造影或DSA确诊。结果 彩超诊断CCF的准确率为100％，引流静脉判断的准确率为87．5％（7／8），发现其引流静脉多以眼上静脉（SOV）为主（7／8）。SOV的动脉化、血流反向的频谱特点及患侧颈内动脉倒灌血流为CCF特征性表现。结论 彩超能提供血流动力学状态的详细信息以弥补动脉造影及DSA不足的特点，可以作为CCF诊断的首选方法。

Study of Carotid Cavernous Fistulae by Color Doppler Ultrasonography

Objective To evaluate CDFI in diagnosing carotid cavernous fistulae in patients.Methods Retrospective analysis was done on 8 cases who were suspected of carotid cavernous fistulae(CCF).All the cases were confirmed by operation,angiography or DSA.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate was 100%,the accuracy rate of determining the drainage vein was 87.5%.We found most of the drainage veins were superior ophthalmic vein(SOV).The typical ultrasonographic findings were the arterilized flow in the SOV and inverse flow in the internal carotid artery(ICA) of the affected side.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography could provide more information of hemodynamic status of CCF.CDFI might be the first choice for diagnosis of CCF.
