| 摘 要： | 目的观察补气活血汤治疗0级糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择0级糖尿病足患者80例，观察组50例，对照组30例，相同治疗条件下观察组加中草药补气活血汤泡足，对照组予以温水泡足。结果观察组经补气活血汤泡足后，皮肤凉、麻木感、感觉迟钝等症状明显改善甚至消失，疗效优于对照组。结论补气活血汤浸泡足部对预防0级糖尿病足进展有很好的临床效果，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To control and postpone the development of 0 grade diabetic foot. Methods 80 diabetic patients with 0 grade diabetic foot were divided into control group ( n = 30) and observation group ( n = 50). Patients in the control group were given regular therapy while patients in observation group were provided with regular therapy plus medicinal herb foot soak. Results The symptoms of skin anesthesia and hypoesthesia improved significantly or disappeared in observation group. Conclusion Medicinal herb foot soak can prevent or postpone the development of diabetic foot. |
