| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不环孢素替代生物制吕作为抗激素急性排斥的二线药物的可能性及意义。方法：１３例对激素不敏感急性排斥患者行环孢素冲击治疗（９～１０ｍｇ．ｋｇ．ｄ共同３ｄ,然后逐渐减量）。结果：１３例激素不敏感急性排斥者经大剂量环孢素冲击治疗后,１０例有效,其血清肌酐值与急性排斥后及激素冲击治疗后相比,均有显著差异,有效率达７６．９％。结论：环孢素可替代生物制品作为抗激素急性排斥的二线药物应用于临床。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of Cyclosporin in the treatment of anti - hormone acut rejection (AHAR). Methods: Thirteen cases of AHAR was recover Neoral. Cyclosporin was administered intravenously at 9 - 10 mg/kg. d for three days, then decrease gradually. Results: In analysis of data, significant differences of 10 cases serum creatinine concentration (S - cr cone) were found in between after treated by Cyclosporin and AR (P = 0. 0136), between after treated by Cyclosporin and after treated by hormone (P = 0. 0036). There are ten cases effective, three cases invalid. The effective rate reached 76. 9 %. Conclusion: Cyclosporin can replace the biological products for the second drugs in the treatment of the AHAR. |
