52例骨盆骨折患者院外转运的安全管理

目的:探讨精细护理配合,保障骨盆骨折患者早期转运返院的安全.方法:我院2009年1月～2012年1月自基层医疗单位共接诊、转运骨盆骨折患者52例,对其实施安全管理,即对转运患者的不安全因素进行风险评估,实施规范护理流程,并采取切实有效的护理措施,明确护理风险要素,强调护理信息书面交接.结果:本组52例患者均顺利完成转运.结论:院外急救转运作为抢救骨盆骨折早期患者的重要环节,给予专业、连续、优质的护理配合,可保障患者的生命安全.

Safety managenet of 52 cases of pelvic fracture patients outside the hospital transfer

Objective： To investigate the fine care with protection of pelvic fracture patients with early transfer back to the hospital safe. Methods ： From the transporter before the start of insecurity by transport patients to the risk assessment from January 2009 to January 2012. Implementation of standardized care processes,and to take effective care measures,clear care risk factors,emphasis on a written transfer of care information. Results：52 patients were successfully completed transfer. Conclusion： The hospital emergency transport and rescue special pelvic fractures in patients with early ,an important part of giving them professional, continuous, quality nursing and protect the lives and safety of patients.
