精神病患者服药过量原因分析及护理对策

目的:了解精神疾病患者过量服用抗精神病药物的原因,探讨相应的预防及护理措施.方法:回顾性调查服用抗精神病药物过量中毒住院患者的临床资料,并对相关数据进行统计分析.结果:我院2005年1月-2011年12月共有57例精神疾病患者过量服用抗精神病药物,女性疾病患者多于男性.药物以氯丙嗪、氯氮平为主.疾病以抑郁症、精神分裂症为主.过量服药原因主要为精神病症状发作及情绪控制不良.结论:对精神疾病患者给予积极有效的治疗,对其监护人进行相关护理知识宣教,加强家庭对药物的有效管理,呼吁全社会关心爱护精神病患者,是防止精神病患者过量服药的积极措施.

Reason analysis and nursing counter measure of psycttiatrle patients overdose

Objective：To investigate the causes of taking overdosaga of psychotropic drugs ifl patiettls with mental diorder, and explore the corresponding prevention and nursing measures. Methods ： Clinical data of inpatients with psychotropic drug ovcrdosage poisoning were statistically analysed and retrospectively surveyed. Results ：57 cases of mental patient with overdosage of antipsychotic drugs were recruided from Jan, 2005 to Dec. 2011, the female patients were more than male patients,overdosage drugs were chlorpromazine and elozapine mainly ,surffering from mental disease were depression and schizophrenia mainly,the main reasons for psychiatric symptom were at episode and poor emotional control. Conclusion ： To prevent effectively occurrence of overdosage in menal diseases were to give effective treatment, focus on the teaching of the guardian of related nursing knowledge, and effectively strengthen the drugs management of the mental patient＇s family,and call on the whole society to care for psychiatric patients.
