| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PDCA循环在皮肤专科护理技术风险管理中的应用与效果.方法:应用PDCA循环管理对我院2009年9月～2010年12月专科护理技术缺陷的原因进行评估、分析,从加强专科知识及技能操作培训、强化核心制度等方面人手,制定整改措施,监控实施情况并评估其效果.结果:实施PDCA循环后,专科护理技术缺陷的发生率明显降低(P＜0.05),患者的满意度显著提高(P＜0.05).结论:PDCA循环是一种行之有效的皮肤专科护理风险管理方法,可降低专科护理技术缺陷的发生率,提高患者满意度,有效防范护理风险.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of PDCA circulation applied in nursing technology risk management of dermatological department. Methods：The reason of nursing technology ddects was evaluated and analyzed by PDCA circulation management during September 2009 to December 2010. The corrective actions were implemented according to strengthen the professional knowledge, skill training and core system,etc. Implementation was monitored and the effect was evaluated. Results：The incidence rate of technology defects of dermatological nursing was reduced significantly （P 〈 0.05） ,while the patients＇ satisfaction increased greatly （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：PDCA circulation is an effective nursing risk management methedology in dermatological department,it can reduce the incidence rate of technology defects in dermatological nursing,improve the patients＇ satisfaction and decrease the nursing, risk. |
