| 摘 要： | 目的:构建急诊预检分诊护士岗位培训方案,为临床工作提供参考。方法:通过两轮专家咨询,对条目进行修改、整理,并测量条目的权重值。结果:遴选专家对本研究有较高兴趣,函询意见较为集中,两轮函询后形成的急诊预检分诊护士岗位培训方案包括一级条目3个、二级条目21个、三级条目69个。结论:构建的急诊预检分诊护士岗位培训方案具有科学性和可靠性。覆盖面广且充分结合预检分诊实际工作情况,能为下一步研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective:To construct a training program especially for emergency triage nurses.Methods:Through two rounds of Delphi method,the items were modified and sorted out,and the weight value of each item was measured.Results:After two rounds of expert consultation,3 first-class items,21 second-class items and 69 third-class items were included.Conclusion:The training program is scientific and reliable to provide scientific basis for further researches. |
