Pernicious Anaemia and Lymphoproliferative Disease |

| Abstract: | 2 patients with associated lymphoproliferative disease and pernicious anaemia are described. The lymphocytes in each were characterized by surface marker studies. In 1 of the cases, therapy with vitamin B12 appeared to accelerate the neoplastic growth. |
