摘    要:目的:本实验研究灵芝孢子粉对体外无镁活化海马神经元NGF(nerve growth factor神经生长因子的影响,进一步研究癫痫的发病机制及灵芝孢子粉的作用机制。方法:采用新生Wistar大鼠(出生后24h之内),分离海马神经元,进行体外原代培养。运用Western-blot检测不同时间点各组细胞NGF的表达水平。结果:NGF五个时间点表达强度与模型组中相应的时间点比较增强明显减弱(均P〈0.05)。结论:NGF的阳性表达被完全抑制,灵芝孢子粉能有效减少癫痫对海马神经元细胞所造成的损害。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of ganoderma lucidum spores on the change of NGF after epileptiform discharge of hippocampal neurons with magnesium-free extracellular fluid to further study epilepsy mechanism and the anti-epilepsy mechanism of ganoderma lucidum spores.Methods:Neonatal Wistar mice were killed to get hippocampal neurons which were cultured.By using Western-blotting,we observed the changes in the NGF expression.Results:NGF was reduced across all five time points(P〈0.05).Conclusion:NGF expression is inhibited completely,and Ganoderma lucidum spores can prevent the damages of epilepsy to hippocampal nerve cells.
