针刺加梅花针叩刺治疗抽动秽语综合征

目的比较针刺加梅花针叩刺治疗抽动秽语综合征与西药氟哌啶醇治疗的临床疗效与复发率。方法抽动秽语综合征患者共58例,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组28例,治疗组采用针刺加梅花针叩刺治疗,对照组采用西药氟哌啶醇治疗,10d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,对比观察两组治疗前后总有效率和复发率情况。结果治疗组患者痊愈16例,显效7例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%,复发5例,复发率为20.0%;对照组患者痊愈1例,显效4例,好转13例,无效10例,总有效率为64.3%,复发13例,复发率为72.2%。两组疗效和复发率比较差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。结论针刺加梅花针叩刺治疗抽动秽语综合征比西药治疗疗效好,复发率低。

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture with Plum Needle Acupuncture in Treating Tourette's Syndrome

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and relapse rate of acupuncture with plum needle acupuncturing and Western medicine haloperidol in treating Tourette＇s syndrome.Methods 58 patients with Tourette＇s syndrome in total were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 28 cases.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture to add a plum needle acupuncturing and the control group was treated by Western medicine haloperidol.One course of treatment consisted of 10 day,a total of 3 treatment courses were administered.The total efficacy and relapse rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Of the treatment group,cure occurred in 16 cases,marked effectiveness in 7 cases,improvement in 5 cases and ineffectiveness in 2 cases,with a total efficiency rate of 93.3%,recrudesce 5 cases,relapse rate are 20%;of the control group,cure occurred in 1 case,marked effectiveness in 4 cases,improvement in 13 cases and ineffectiveness in 10 cases,with a total efficiency rate of 64.3%,recrudesce 13 cases,relapse rate were 72.2%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy and relapse rate between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The total efficacy rate was better in the treatment group than in the control group;the relapse rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group.
