| 摘 要： | 目的了解妇科病人术前的心理状况,并制定出相应的护理措施。方法对40例妇科手术病人术前采用问卷及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果术前患者普遍存在焦虑、睡眠障碍、对手术恐惧等状况。80%的患者有不同程度的焦虑状态,根据焦虑不同的因素,因人而异地进行相应的心理护理。结论护士应重视患者的思想、心理、情绪变化,制定相应的护理措施,帮助患者顺利度过围手术期,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To gynecological patients with preoperative psychological status and work out appropriate measures to care.Methods 40 patients with gynecological surgery patients pre-operative questionnaire and the use of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score.Results The prevalence of patients with anxiety,sleep disturbance,fear of surgery,and other status.80% of patients with varying degrees of anxiety,and anxiety according to different factors varies from person to person to carry out the appropriate psychological care.Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to the thinking of patients,mental,emotional change,the development of appropriate care and measures to help patients survive surgery,to improve their quality of life. |
