| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年黄斑变性(aging-rnacular degeneration,AMD)黄斑部脉络膜毛细血管血流动力学改变。方法 对86例121只AMD患眼进行吲哚青绿血管造影(indocyanine green angiography, ICGA),包括渗出型AMD52例65只眼、黄斑玻璃疣15例30只眼及萎缩型AMD19例26只眼,分别观察黄斑部脉络膜毛细血管充盈时间(choriocapillaris filling phase, CFP)及脉络膜毛细血管灌注情况。结果 渗出型AMD较正常对照组、萎缩型AMD及黄斑玻璃疣眼的CFP显著延长(P<0.05)。ICGA早121只AMD患者眼中有40只眼ICGA有局部或广泛脉络膜充盈不良,其中渗出型AMD24只眼,萎缩型AMD12只眼,黄斑玻璃疣4只眼。结论 AMD及早期AMD黄斑发生CFP延长及脉络膜毛细血管灌注异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss change of macular choriocapillaris hemtxlynainics in AMD. Methods 121 eyes of 86 patients under went ICGA, include macular drusen in 30 eyes of 15 patients, exudative AMD in 65 eyes of 52 patients, atrophic AMD in 26 eyes of 19 patients, observate macular choriocapillaris perfusion. Results CFP of exudative AMD is obvious longer than that of eyes with normal, atrophic AMD and drusen (P<0.05). According to early and late phase in ICGA, 40 eyes had local or extensive choroidal filling deficiency, including 24 eyes in exudative AMD, 12 eyes in atrophic AMD, 4 eyes in drusen. Conclusion CFP of macula prolong and choriocapillaris perfusion is abnormal in AMD. |
