医疗操作中手污染程度及洗手方法应用的调查

摘    要:目的了解医院医疗操作中医护人员手污染程度及洗手方法的应用情况。方法采用现场涂抹采样方法和活菌数检验方法进行了检测。结果该医院医护人员在医疗操作前,手上平均带菌数平均为51cfu/cm2;在诊疗操作过程中手上带菌数平均为32cfu/cm2。用普通肥皂洗手后,手上带菌数平均为24cfu/cm2;用含异丙醇的快速手消毒液擦手后,手上带菌数平均为4cfu/cm2。结论医院医护人员手在没有经过清洗或消毒的情况下,手上带菌数超标明显;用普通肥皂洗手对菌数降低不明显,用快速手消毒剂擦手消毒效果较好。

Abstract:Objective To know the contamination degree of hands of medical and nursing staffs during medical operations and use of hand - washing method in hospital. Methods On - the - spot wiping sampling method and viable bacteria count examination method were used to carried out examination. Results The average bacterial count on hands of medical and nursing staffs of this hospital before medical operation was 51 cfu/cm^2 and that during medical operations was 32 cfu/cm^2. After washing with ordinary soap, the average bacterial count on hands was 24 cfu/cm^2. After wiping hands withquick hand disinfection solution containing isopropanol, the average bacterial count on hands was 4 ofu/cm^2. Conclusions The bacterial count on hands of medical and nursing staffs before washing and disinfection significantly exceeded the allowable limits. The decrease in bacterial count was not significant after washing hands with ordinary soap, while disinfection of hands by wiping with the quick hand disinfectant had good efficacy.
