| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨噻托溴铵粉吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人的临床疗效及护理方法.方法:将92例老年COPD病人随机分为观察组与对照组各46例,对照组采用COPD常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用噻托溴铵粉吸入治疗,观察两组病人的临床疗效.结果:观察组病人疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:噻托溴铵粉吸入对老年COPD的治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and nursing of tiotropium bromide in treating elder patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:92 elder patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,46 cases for each group.The control group treated by conventional COPD therapy and the observation group treated by tiotropium bromide on base of control group.And then compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The observation group total effective rate was marked better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide have good curative effect for elder patients with COPD.It was worth to spread application. |
