子痫前期产妇的临床处理

目的探讨子痫前期产妇的临床治疗。方法回顾性研究120例重度子痫前期产妇,分析其出现并发症及分娩新生儿情况。结果发生并发症第1组比率占25.00%,第2组占35.00%,第3组占55.00%;子痫前期产妇第1组轻度窒息占20.00%,重度窒息占27.50%,新生儿死亡占42.50%;第2组轻度窒息占25.00%,重度窒息占12.50%,新生儿死亡占10.00%;第3组轻度窒息占15.00%,重度窒息占10.00%,新生儿死亡占2.50%。结论孕周数小的患者出现并发症相对要低,新生儿发生窒息死亡的几率相对要高,孕周数大的患者临床出现并发症的情况较严重,分娩新生儿发生窒息死亡的临床情况相对较轻,因而,需选择适宜的分娩孕周和分娩方式,保证母儿安全。

The Clinial Treatment of Preeclampsia Mothers

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of preeclampsia mothers.Methods A retrospective study of 120 cases of severe preeclampsia and maternal,analysis of pre-eclampsia maternal complications and the group of preeclampsia maternity newborns.Results The first group of complications accounted for 25.00%,accounting for 35.00% in the second group,accounting for 55.00% in the third group;preeclampsia maternal mild asphyxia accounted for 20.00%,severe asphyxia accounted for 27.50%,neonatal deaths accounted for 42.50%;second group accounted for 25.00% of mild asphyxia and severe asphyxia accounted for 12.50% of neonatal deaths accounted for 10.00%;third group accounted for 15.00% of mild asphyxia and severe asphyxia accounted for 10.00% of neonatal deaths accounted for 2.50%.Conclusions The gestational age of preeclampsia maternal complications is relatively low,the gestational age of patients with preeclampsia clinical complications are more serious,and gestational age preeclampsia maternity newborn asphyxia the risk of death is relatively high,gestational age,preeclampsia maternity neonatal suffocation deaths are relatively mild clinical conditions,select the appropriate gestational age and mode of delivery,to ensure the safety of mother and child.
