氧化亚氮吸入性分娩镇痛的临床观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨氧化亚氮 (笑气 )吸入性分娩镇痛的有效性和安全性。方法 :选择单胎、头位足月、经阴道分娩、自愿接受氧化亚氮吸入进行分娩镇痛的初产妇 16 0例为观察组 ,条件等同无镇痛要求的产妇 10 0例为对照组 ,比较两组的产痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分及产后出血等。结果 :在产痛程度、活跃期宫颈扩张速率方面 ,两组间差异具有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;第一、第二、第三产程、总产程、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分方面 ,两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :氧化亚氮吸入用于分娩镇痛效果肯定 ,对母儿无不良影响 ,是一种安全、有效、简便的无痛分娩方法 ,值得产科临床推广应用

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and safety of inhaling laughing gas for anlgesic labor.Methods:260 primiparas that were singleton pregnancy,head presentation,full-term vaginal delivery were devided into two group the study group and control group.160 primiparas were administered inhaling laughing gas(study group),the other 100 primiparas were not performed any anesthesia(control group).The degree of labor pain,delivery process,delivery ways.Apgar scores,intrapartum hemorrhage and others were compared between two groups.Results:The degree of dolores in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control one(X 2=197.47,P<0.01).The speed of active phase dilatation was significantly more quickly than that in the control one (t=3.8774,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups on the first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor,total stage of labor,labor way,intrapartum hemorrhage and Apgar scores.Conclusion:Analgesic labor with inhaling laughing gas is safe,effective and simple and is worthy of popularizing in obstetrics,which shows on side effects on both mother and fetus.
