银杏叶制剂对轻度认知障碍患者认知功能及脑血流的影响

目的：观察中药银杏叶片对轻度认知障碍患者的临床疗效。方法：将45例轻度认知障碍患者予以银杏叶片19.2mg口服,一日3次,疗程为3个月。应用蒙特利尔认知评估量表和经颅多普勒超声观察治疗前后轻度认知障碍患者的认知能力和脑血流变化。结果：治疗3个月后,蒙特利尔认知评估量表中的视空间与执行能力、注意力、语言、延迟记忆、定向力等评分较治疗前均有明显提高;脑动脉硬化检出率与血管痉挛较治疗前有显著差异,大脑中动脉和基底动脉血流速度较治疗前明显增快。结论：银杏叶片能改善轻度认知障碍患者的认知能力,改善其脑部血流供应。

Effect of Ginkgo biloga on cognitive function and cerebral blood flow in patients with mild cognitive impairment

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Tablet（GBT） on patients with mild cognitive impairment（MCI）.Methods：45 patients with MCI were provided with GBT,a dosage of 19.2 mg orally,three times a day for 3 months.Montreal cognitive assessment（MoCA） and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography（TCD） were used to analyze changes of cognitive ability and cerebral blood flow in patients with MCI before and after treatment.Results：After 3 months of treatment,scores of visual space and execution,attention,language,delayed memory,orientation in the MoCAs were significantly increased compared with those before treatment;detection rate of cerebral atherosclerosis and vascular spasm was significantly different after treatment and middle cerebral artery（MCA） and basilar artery（BA） blood flow veloci ty significantly increased than that before treatment.Conclusion：GBT can improve cognitive ability and focal blood supply in patients with MCI.
