| 摘 要： | 瑞林类药物是指以促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）结构为基础的一大类人工合成的多肽类药物。Gn-RH—A类激动剂药物由于其效果显著，已成为治疗子宫内膜异位症、子宫平滑肌瘤、多囊性卵巢综合征、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、多毛症、先天性中枢早熟症、促排卵及治疗妇女不育症的经典药物，其市场占有率逐年扩大。现就目前市场上常见的和正在研究中的瑞林类药物进行综述。

| Abstract: | A gonadotropin-releasing hormone ( GnRH) analogue is a synthetic peptide drug mod- eled after the human hypothalamic gonadotropin-releasing hormone. A GnRH analogue is designed to interact with the GnRH receptor and modify the release of pituitary gonadotropins FSH and LH for the treatment of endometriosis, fibromyomauteri, multicystic ovaries syndrome, carcinoma of prostate, breast cancer, hirsuties, inborn pubertas praecox and female barrenness, which have shown growing markets in the passing years. This article reviews the GnRH analogues on the marketing and under development. |
