| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨拟做体外授精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)妇女的应对方式与心理健康状况之间的关系.方法 采用应对方式问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90),由心理学专业人员分别对99例拟做IVF-ET妇女和98例止常育龄妇女进行测试.结果 ①应对方式问卷中,IVF-ET妇女组的解决问题冈子分明显低于iF常育龄妇女组(t=-2.42,P<0.05),而幻想因子分明显高于正常育龄妇女组(t=2.79,P<0.05);②在SCL-90中IVF-ET妇女组的躯体化、强迫、恐怖、焦虑和精神病性的因子分显著高于正常育龄妇女组(P<0.05,P<0.01).③解决问题与SCL-90总均分旱显著负相关,自责、幻想和退避与SCL-90总均分显著正相关.结论 IVF-ET妇女存在不同程度的心理问题,其心理健康水平与应对方式密切相关,可通过改善她们的应对方式提高她们的心理健康水平.
