酸枣仁中脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:目的对酸枣仁中脂肪酸的组成和含量进行测定。方法采用索氏提取法提取其脂肪酸,再进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行了分离和鉴定。结果由酸枣仁中分离鉴定出17种脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的95.33%,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的80.20%,饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的15.13%。结论酸枣仁中脂肪酸的主要组成是不饱和脂肪酸。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the fatty acids in seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.MethodsThe seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.was extracted by Soxhlet extraction.The fatty acids in the oil were esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol,and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).Results17 fatty acids were identified in the seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill,the contents of the identified fatty acids made up to 95.33%,the unsaturated fatty acids were 80.20% and saturated fatty acids were 15.13%.ConclusionThe main components are unsaturated fatty acids in seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.
