一次性诊断用针在临床使用的探讨

目的探讨一次性诊断用针在临床安全有效地使用. 方法将常用的诊断用针经浸泡、擦洗、冲洗、过乙醇、分类包装、灭菌后配备至治疗包中一次性使用. 结果经临床使用后,提高临床操作速度和成功率,有效地控制医院感染,达到了安全有效的目的. 结论在临床推广使用一次性诊断用针,保证了操作的成功率,有利于控制医院感染的发生.

Use of Disposable Diagnostic Injector in Clinical Practice

OBJECTIVE To explore the safe and effective use of the disposable diagnostic injector in clinical practice. METHODS The diagnostic injector in common use will be soaked, cleaned, and washed by water and alcohol, packed separately and sterilized before being put into the medical packet for disposable use. RESULTS The diagnostic injector used in the clinical practice had enhanced the operating speed and success rates, and had effectively brought the hospital infection under control, thus, it had attained the goal of safety and availability. CONCLUSIONS To generalize the use of the disposable diagnostic injector in clinical practice can help to bring the chances of hospital infection under control,and ensure the success rates of the operation.
