摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建诊断复杂骨折的临床应用价值。方法对30例外伤的患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,薄层重建后利用工作站行多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)的三维重建。结果三维重建CT同像清晰、立体、直观地显示30例患者骨折的部位、范围、骨折碎片的大小、形态,发现10处X线平片漏诊的骨折。结论多层螺旋CT在复杂骨折的诊断中具有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of postprocessing techniques of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in the assessment of complex fracture.Methods Thirty patients with complex fracture were scanned with MSCT and the source images were transferred to workstation for post-procession.Techniques used included multiplanar reformation(MPR) and volume rendering(VR).Results CT images obtained with post-procession techniques clearly revealed the location and type of fracture,size and shape of fracture fragment.MSCT images rev...
