氟西汀治疗恶性肿瘤伴发抑郁情绪的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

目的观察氟西汀治疗恶性肿瘤伴发抑郁情绪的疗效和对免疫功能的影响。方法将确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者随机分为治疗组（氟西汀20mg／d）和对照组（维生素C0．2g／d）进行治疗，每组50例，疗程8周。于治疗前后分别以SDS、HAMD对两组患者进行测评，同时检查CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4／CD8、IgG、ISA、IgM。结果治疗组疗后HAMD的分值低于疗前，且有显著差异。对照组治疗前后HMAD分值比较，无显著差异。两组临床疗效有显著差异（x^2=8．437，P=0．001）。同时发现疗前患者的CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8、IgG、IsA、IsM均有下降，氟西汀治疗8周后上述检测项目的数值均有升高，且有显著性差异。结论氟西汀治疗恶性肿瘤伴发抑郁情绪不仅疗效显著，而且可改善其免疫功能。

Efficacy and influence on the immune function of the fluoxetine in the treatment of cancer patients with depressive emotion

Objective To study the efficacy and influence on the immune function of the fluoxetine in the treatment of cancer patients with depressive emotion.Methods A total 100 cancer patients with depressive emotion were divided into two groups.The curative group(n=50) was received fluoxetine 20mg daily for 8 weeks.The control group(n=50) was received placebo for 8 weeks.All cases were assessed with HAMD and SDS before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy(evaluated) according to the difference of HAMD scores before and after treatment.All cases were measured with CD_3,CD_4,CD_8,CD_4/CD_8;lgG,IgA,IgM before and after treatment.Results The total score of HAMD was significantly decreased in curative group than that of control group(P<0.0005).There was no significant different in clinical efficacy between curative group and control group(P=0.001).Levels of CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8;lgG,IgA,IgM increased significantly,after treated with fluoxetine.Conclusion Fluoxetine may be significantly improve between depressive emotion and immune function of cancer patients.
