应用盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产的疗效观察

目的：观察盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产的临床效果。方法：对本院妇产科150例有先兆早产症状的孕妇应用盐酸利托君治疗。结果：150例均取得了很好的疗效，总有效率为100％；有22例出现药物不良反应，不良反应发生率为14．7％，无一例发生肺水肿、心功能衰竭及其他严重并发症。结论：盐酸利托君是治疗先兆早产的一种安全有效的药物，但要注意合理应用，以减少不良反应的发生。

Application of ritodrine hydrochloride therapy in threatened premature delivery

Objective：To observe the ritodrine hydrochloride treatment of threatened premature clinical effect. Methods： 150 cases of pregnant women were treated with symptoms of threatened preterm ture delivery ritodrine hydrochloride treatment applications.Results： 150 cases had achieved good effect, with a total effective rate was 100%; there were 22 cases of adverse drug reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions 14.7%, no case of pulmonary edema, heart failure and other serious complications.Conclusion： Ritodrine hydrochloride is the treatment of threatened preterm delivery of a safe and effective drugs,but bearing in mind that a reasonable application, to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
