| 摘 要： | 目的：考察中药抑菌成分对金黄色葡萄球菌检验方法的影响。方法：用硫乙醇酸盐液体培养基加入１％亚碲酸钠溶液与１％亚碲酸钠营养肉汤培养基进行增菌培养检验。结果：１％亚 硫乙醇酸盐流体培养基可 硼散和足光粉中抑菌成分对金葡萄球菌检验的影响。结论：简化了实验操作步骤并提高了检出率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of antibacterial compositions in Chinese Materia Medica on the inspection method for Staphylococcus Aureus. Methods: The enriched medium inspection was performed on thioglycollate soltion medium with 1% sodium tellurite solution and 1% sodium tellurite nutritional broth medium. Results: sodium tellurite thioglycollate solution medium could eliminate the influence of antibacterial compositions in Bingpeng Powder and Zuguang Powder on the inspection of Staphylococcus Aureus. Conclusion: In this experiment, the operation steps are simplified and the detection rate is raised. |
