| 摘 要： | 目的 观察进展性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学变化,探讨血液流变学在进展性缺血性脑卒中发病中的作用.方法 分别检测30例进展性缺血性脑卒中和30例非进展性缺血性脑卒中血液流变学.并与正常对照组进行比较.结果 与正常对照组相比,进展性和非进展性缺血性脑卒中患者的多项血液流变学指标有明显升高,且进展性缺血性脑卒中组升高更为显著.结论 血液流变学的改变可能是导致进展性缺血性脑卒中发生和发展的重要原因.

| Abstract: | Objective This study was designed to evaluate the hemorrheologic change for investigating the role of it in progressing ischemie stroke. Methods Hemorrheology indexes were determined in 30 cases with progressing ischemie stroke group and 30 cases with non-progressing ischemie stroke group, compared with norreal control group. Results Many hemorrheologic parameters in progressing ischemie stroke group and non-progressing ischemic stroke group were significantly higher than those in normal control group. Moreover, hemor-rheologic parameters in progressing ischemic stroke group were the highest. Concluslons The hemorrheologie change exact the development of the ischemie stroke. |
