| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低钾型周期性麻痹（HOPP）患者血清肌酶学的改变及其与低血钾的关系。方法回顾性分析2000年1月-2005年8月本院收治的56例低钾型周期性麻痹患者的临床和实验室检查资料，观察其血清肌酸激酶改变与血钾降低程度的关系。结果56例HOPP患者肌酶学各项指标均有不同程度的升高，其中以肌酸激酶（CK）升高最为多见且最显著。56例患者中40例（71．4％）CK升高，CK最高为10317U／L，达正常的50倍以上，CK升高的程度与血钾改变的程度呈负关系，CK升高时间稍迟于血钾的降低，恢复亦迟于血钾的恢复．结论血清肌酶升高是HOPP的重要临床特征之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the change of creatine kinase and hypokalemic in the hypokalemic periodic paralysis(HOPP) patients.Methods The clinical and laboratory examination data of 56 cases of HOPP were retrospectively analyzed to explore the relationship between the change of creatine kinase and hypokalemic.Results There was an overall rise with various degrees in all creatinase indexes of HOPP patients,among which the elevation of CK was the most common and prominent.The more serious of hypokalemic the higher elevation of CK was.Conclusion The elevation of creatinase is a critical part of clinical symptoms of HOPP. |
