上消化道多原发癌的诊断与治疗

目的 探讨上消化道多原发癌的诊断与治疗方法。方法 对应用吞钡造影及内镜检查、并经手术和病理确诊的8例上消化道多原发癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术前确诊7例，确诊率88％。8例共有癌灶19处，全部手术切除，全组无手术死亡，术后辅以放、化疗，效果满意。结论 对上消化道癌患者应常规进行钡餐造影和内镜检查，提高诊断率。积极进行外科手术，辅以放、化疗，可提高治疗效果。

Diagnosis and Treatment for Multi-Primary Cancer of Upper Digestive Tract

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of multi-primary cancer of the upper digestive tract. Methods The data of 8 cases with Multi-Primary cancer of the upper digestive tract diagnosed accurately by X-ray, gastroscopy, pathological examination, and therapy, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Seven cases were diagnosed confirmedly before operation(88%). All cases received operative therapy and radiotherapy or chemotherapy after operation. No operative death occurred. The therapeutic effect was satisfactory. Conclusions Routine X-ray examination and biopsy by endoscope are important measures for the diagnosis of multi-primary cancer of the upper digestive tract. The operative therapy combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy should improve the curative effects efficaciously.
