| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方中药毓宫合剂对卵巢切除术后大鼠血清E2含量、子宫重量、组织结构的影响,并探讨其治疗机理。方法:切除大鼠双侧卵巢,分组给以生理盐水、乙烯雌酚、毓宫合剂4周,然后测定血清E2含量、称取子宫湿重、观察子宫组织结构。结果:生理盐水组血清E2含量明显低于其它各组(P<0.01),毓宫合剂组与乙烯雌酚组间无差异;毓宫合剂组大鼠子宫重量增加(P<0.01),子宫平滑肌细胞增生肥大,子宫及子宫内膜发育。结论:毓宫合剂能够升高去卵巢大鼠血清E2含量,促进子宫及子宫内膜发育。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the Yugong mixture' s effects on serum E 2 ,uterine weight and structure of bilateral ovariectorny rats,then to probe its mechanism.Methods:After the rats were spayed and grouped,the normal sali ne,Yugong m ixture and diethylstilbestrol were given to the rats respectively. Final-ly determine the content of E 2 ,uterine weight ,observe the tissue structure.Results:The serum E 2 of saline group was obviously lower than that of any other groups(P<0.0 1),while there was no significant dif-ference between Yugong mixture grou p and diehystilbestrol group.The we ight of uterus increased(P<0.01),cell s of uterine smooth muscle multiplied and enlarged,the uterus and e ndometrium developed in the Yugong mixture group.Conclusions:Yugong Mixture can increase the seru m E 2 in the spayed rats and improve the development of the uteru s and endometriu m of the spayed rats. |
