| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清总前列腺特异抗原(TPSA)、游离前列腺特异抗原(FPSA)和游离与总前列腺特异抗原比值(F/T)对前列腺癌(PCa)和良性前列腺增生(BPH)的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法使用ROCHE2010电化学发光免疫分析仪检测经临床确诊的42例PCa和88例BPH患者和52例健康者血清TPSA、FPSA含量并计算F/T。结果PCa组和BPH组与52例健康者的TPSA、FPSA及F/T相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但有16例PCa和41例BPH患者位于诊断灰区(TPSA4～10 ng/mL),此时PCa组和BPH组患者的TPSA、FPSA值差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但F/T差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对于TPSA值在诊断灰区内的良、恶性增生性疾病患者,F/T因其较高的敏感性和特异性更有助于PCa与BPH的鉴别诊断。
